Description:

Currently looking for a web designer for its marketing website. The designer will be responsible for maintenance of and the creation of new content for the website, and the creation of supplemental marketing materials for print, web, and email promotions. Prior marketing and SEO experience are a plus.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

o Work closely with marketing and management in the planning and implementation of web and print concepts
o Perform web site design, development, and maintenance
o Design E-mail Campaigns
o Design Icons, Logos, Banners and Graphics
o Design Flyers, Newsletters and Inserts
o Perform other applicable duties as required

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

o Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human-computer interaction, or a related field
o At least two years of professional Web Design experience
o Strong creative portfolio showing a versatile body of work in web and print
o Advanced understanding of design principles such as color, typography, layout, and user interface design
o Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc.)
o Ability to work with team members, take direction, and respond appropriately to constructive criticism
o Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
o Ability to learn quickly, comfortable in a deadline-driven, results-oriented environment
o Knowledge of MS Office applications (such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Email programs, and Internet browsers
o Desired experience: SEO, marketing
