Responsibilities Include:

Be a liaison for the business and proactively clarify and prioritize business ideas, needs and problems that require technology enablement
Manage day-to-day production issues, troubleshoot problems through to resolution for the NMD sites and with any third-party agency and internal IS

Work with your manager to create high level approach/design for solutions (re: scope, functionality, business process enablement)
Communicate challenges and issues as appropriate

Work as a member of larger, cross-functional teams comprised of dedicated and shared resources from the business and IS
Define detailed business requirements by gathering input from vested business and technical parties
Provide input to IT project plans in areas of high level requirements, approach to testing and release/ implementation planning
Ensure Business is prepared to use and exploit solutions once delivered
Requirements

Qualifications / Skill-sets:

Project management and business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering and user acceptance testing
Positive track record participating in successful projects with cross-functional teams and a proven ability to balance multiple daily tasks and long-term strategic projects
Previous experience working with e-commerce sites
Understanding of Software Development Methodologies
4+ years successful track record as a Business Analyst or similar experience
