Description:

This position will be responsible for all aspects of technology including the high-level architectural design, construction, reconstruction and refactoring, technology standardization, and modernization utilizing the C# language in the .NET Platform. Provide support to existing user base and customer community for the purposes of problem correction and system enhancement. Hands-on .NET C# programming. Manage and grow the development group technical prowess. Create time and resource estimations and milestones. Assist in system architecture and coding. Test, debug, and deploy dynamic integration features. Work with product management to define feature sets and time estimations/costs. Interface with external partners. Create design documents for engineers. Develop quick, functional prototypes to demonstrate proof of concepts and to enable rapid iterative testing of design ideas. Work closely with Customer Service and the Quality Assurance Team in debugging and problem resolution. Manage multiple, simultaneous project requests from several departments with daily release schedules while juggling larger, long-term project deadlines. Responsible for overall quality and on time delivery of all Engineering Team projects per project timelines.
Desired Skills & Experience
MUST HAVE:
Sr. NET Developer Experience

-At least 3-5 years of .NET experience is necessary, with the majority being on new development

-Proficiency with C# 2.0 is a minimum, with 3.0 / 3.5 being highly preferred

-Backend experience with SQL Server 2005 databases and SQL development is necessary, with SQL 2008 being a plus

-You must be familiar and able to work seamlessly through all phases of the software development life cycle, and experience in an Agile environment is highly desired

-Experience with SOA and Web Services is necessary

-Back-End: .NET/C# 3.5, dependency injection, framework development, WCF

-Front-End: ASP.NET 3.5, JQuery, AJAX
