MBA, BSCS
-Experience with applications development, groupware, push technology, and intelligent agents
-7 years project management of major development projects, particularly as a business lead for systems development
-5-8 years management experience
-Business unit employment experience with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
-Drive application objectives through ability to predict, analyze, and manage cultural and technological changes within organization
-Dynamic leadership ability that can develop and energize multidiscipline, high-performance work teams to learn and apply new skills/techniques to business needs
-Drive the development to ensure compatibility and integration (e.g. multi platforms) throughout the business segment.
-Must have previous experience taking a mainframe to web based working with US and several international locations. Managed all conversion efforts and created a rollout strategy that minimized risk and ensured orderly and efficient implementation of the new technology and business processes.
-Create teams for facilitating effective communication of available skills, information, and knowledge throughout the Moving Services business.
-Identify best practices throughout the organization and communicate/implement these practices on a global enterprise level
-Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to effectively deploy resources and management multiple projects of various diverse scopes in a cross-functional environment
