Description:

Main Duties Job Duties:
This person will be responsible for planning and conducting analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. They will interact with internal customers to facilitate the identification of process improvements, system design, testing and the implementation of complex solutions. They must be familiar with the systems development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering and analysis, detailed design and system setup/configuration, testing, implementation management and support.

Required Knowledge:
Windchill 9.0, PDM Link 9.0, Project Link 9.0

Desired
Oracle 11i e Bus Suite (Primary focus on Engineering modules, BOM -’s).

Preferred
Team Track, Mentor Graphics, PLM Solutions

Functional and technical competence in Oracle 11i Engineering modules as well as manufacturing and supply chain.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with SQL, PL/SQL

This candidate must have good communication skills, including written, oral, documentation techniques, customer service focus as he/she will be our first line of support around all of our engineering applications. Needs to work well within a team environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable dealing with diversity as we have overseas customers, vendor -’s partners and internal offices globally. Flexibility and time management and understanding

Minimum amount of on the job experience.
Minimum 7 years experience, preferred 12

Special Requirement:
10% travel to Asia, Canada

Education:
Prefer a Bachelors Degree, though not required

Perfect candidate would be a 5-7 year mechanical engineering type person who has migrated into IS/IT to develop or roll our systems.
