Business / Systems Analyst - Financial Services, Reading £32-42k + bens
Great opportunity for a Business Analyst or Customer Experience Analyst / Manager to join this expanding team & focus on brand new projects across all business areas, within my Berkshire based, financial services client.
You will need experience of working on 'customer facing', preferably web based solutions that are used by the public and are key to the success of the business and have a strong awareness of 'customer experience' and user interface (UI) design.
Experienced Business Analysts or Business Systems Analysts are sought with proven exposure to the whole software development lifecycle; who take an initial concept/idea through to requirements gathering using workshops, one to ones etc and then documenting business requirements (RDD’s), identifying & evaluating potential solutions plus ideally, experience of the preparation of Functional Specs (FS) & Use Cases.
You will also be involved in the testing & implementation phases of the project to ensure that the solution meets the requirements you initially identified.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be facilitating workshops, presenting to business teams, project stakeholders up to board level etc.
My client are a fast paced, financial services business who regular update & improve their systems to keep pace with their market sector & to gain a competitive advantage; therefore, exposure to an ever changing business is essential; any exposure to financial services eg banking, mortgages, insurance etc an advantage.

Salary dependant on experience but likely to be £32,000 to £42,000 dependant on experience plus to 10% bonus, pension, healthcare, flexi hours etc.
Based close to Reading, Berkshire close to M4 & M40 for an easy commute of Newbury, Slough, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bracknell, Didcot, Oxfordshire, Maidenhead, Middlesex, Basingstoke, Woking in Surrey etc.
