Synopsis of Position:

Self-motivated/directing, experienced Requirements Engineer, Application Architect, Solution Architect to define contact center and network media server capabilities that integrate network services capabilities, web technologies, advanced speech recognition, interactive voice technologies, VoIP technologies, voice browser, and XML-extensions into technically feasible proposals. Designs and develops overall systems and network architecture or systems application architecture. Leadership in writing Functional, Non-Functional and Business Requirements, defining the high-level system design, and developing strategies and tactics to ensure conformance with corporate direction, industry trends, and client requirements. Must be able to accept an ambiguous project and evolve it to a state of definition and structure. Selected candidate must possess excellent teaming, verbal, written and analytical skills. Candidate must be able to work closely with product management, clients, operations, software developers and system testers in creating technically feasible solutions to complex business problems. Knowledge of Application Design Architecture, Analysis, XML, VXML / IVR required. Knowledge of VOIP highly desired.


Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: MS degree in Computer Science or related information technology field (e.g. Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics). Individual must also have strong written and oral communications skills as well as strong data analytic skills.
