Ideal Fit:
- Past developer within embedded or application device programming.
- In depth knowledge of CDMA networks and effect of modem settings, acceptance test procedures (ATP - -’s) and network integration.
- Strong knowledge and practical use of QCOM tools - -– CAIT etc.

Main Duties Job Duties:
- Field sales queries and support from Novatel sales
- Enterprise sales team support (with Novatel Sales Managers)
- Technical interface for Solutions Engineers including Datalink functionality issues for SSV (this is an enterprise function)
- Trouble escalations for Novatel enterprise deployments
- Enterprise tool support - -– any and all Novatel tools used for enterprise support by Solutions Engineering or the enterprise itself Responsible for tool delivery, TT - -’s, troubleshooting, new requirement requests, etc
- All Novatel internal interface for enterprise issues. Working with project management, product management, engineering, QA and providing sanity testing prior to delivery.
- Not primary but overflow end user support
- Face to Face meetings with Solutions Engineering and BIM team on a quarterly basis.
- STIC certification management during high demand cycles when multiple devices are being certified at the same time.

Required Knowledge:
- In depth knowledge of CDMA networks and effect of modem settings, acceptance test procedures (ATP - -’s) and network integration.
- Strong technical background or windows based tools.
- Knowledge and practical use of QCOM tools - -– CAIT etc.
- Understand Product Acceptance, and technical acceptance process.

Additional Responsibilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to perform customer visits, testing and problem resolution.

Required Experience:
Minimum amount of on the job experience. 5+ years

Education:
BScEE, BScComp
