This position is based at your home office in the Kansas city area spending about 60% of your time at various Sprint partners. If you are open to relocating to the Kansas City area you will also be considered for this role.

- Understanding of 4G technologies and standards an asset
- In depth knowledge of CDMA networks and effect of modem settings, acceptance test procedures (ATP -’s) and network integration.
- Knowledge and practical use of QCOM tools -– CAIT etc.
- Understand Sprint's Product Acceptance, Sprint's Wireless Certification process, and technical acceptance process.
Main Duties Job Duties:
- Customer/Novatel Technical Interface -– supporting the Sprint partners and working closely with the Novatel sales, product and engineering teams to understand customers technical requirements and provide guidance to the Novatel engineering and product teams regarding product technical requirements.
- Guide the team to achieve product technical acceptance
- Technical guidance to the Novatel team to achieve sales growth
- Sprint field sales queries and support from Novatel sales
- Sprint Wireline enterprise sales team support (with Novatel Sales Managers for directly from Sales efforts)
- Technical interface for Solutions Engineers
- Trouble escalations for Novatel enterprise deployments
- Enterprise tool support -– any and all Novatel tools used for enterprise support by Sprint -’s partners. Responsible for tool delivery, TT -’s, troubleshooting, new requirement requests, etc
- All Novatel internal interface for enterprise issues. Working with project management, product management, engineering, QA and providing sanity testing prior to delivery.
- Sprint TAM backup (vacations, etc)
- Not primary but overflow end user support

Required Knowledge:
- Understanding of 4G technologies and standards and asset.

- Knowledge and practical use of QCOM tools -– CAIT etc.
- Understand Sprint's Product Acceptance, and technical acceptance process.
Additional Responsibilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to perform customer visits, testing and problem resolution.
Required Experience:
Minimum amount of on the job experience. 5+ years
Education:
BScEE, BScComp
