Dynamic global growth company has an immediate need for a Warehouse Manager for an innovative, results oriented person. This person should have extensive warehouse operations experience. This position will be responsible for management of all cargo receiving, storage and loading activities and is the driving influence to continually improve the Company's cost position. You will ensure that the company objectives and government requirements are consistently met.

Duties include planning work activity based on unit productivity, performance tracking and reporting. You will confirm that internal and external customer issues are resolved according to policy. You will analyze work processes and procedures and examine new techniques. Plans and monitors budget performance. Responsible for the maintenance of the physical site, and the cleanliness of the facility. Directs educational processes for Haz-Mat, CLP, and safe cargo handling.

Requirements:
The successful Candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree OR extensive Warehouse Operations experience. You should have 5+ years of experience in a high volume, export or shipping environment. Spanish language skills are preferred. You should have experience with directing, supervising and training staff. You should have an ability to plan and organize multiple activities concurrently.
