Summary of Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of the planning and scheduling effort with the Client & subcontractor.
Perform analysis & review of scheduling and progress outputs & present it to client; these outputs include level 3 master schedule (in P3), two month look ahead schedules and 3 week look ahead schedules, weekly progress measurement systems and performance indicators.
Performs planning/scheduling activities for compliance to contract requirements and internal reporting analysis requirements.
Perform Analysis & review of the high level (summary) and detailed schedules (levels 2 & 3) including Client and subcontractors input that enable the Project Manager, Client and management to ascertain project status at any point in time
To produce regular reports such as progress figures, S-curves, look-a-heads, etc to permit the project to be well managed and which highlight areas of concern so as to enable the Project Manager to take timely action.
To review the contractor's schedules, loading and capacity charts to determine feasibility and congruency with master project schedule.
To Pursue, monitor and record progress in each area of project activity
Prepares technical reports according to applicable Project requirements, internal requirements and Client Contract requirements.
Keeps close focus on contractual milestone dates and advises Site Manager for any actions well in time.
Assist project management team in preparation of all Project Controls reports including Cost Reports, change management reporting and various internal and external reporting for management
Responsible for cost control measures and advises Site Manager for any actions.
Works directly with the Project Manager and Project team members to identify and resolve problems in the area of technical expertise.
Reviews all project related reports to ensure the requirements of the clients met in a timely fashion
Implements and maintains Company Quality System requirements relative to responsibilities
