Jennifer is a recruitment and staffing professional with over 15 years of experience which includes a unique blend of Agency-side recruiting and Corporate Human Resources.

She has proven success recruiting across multiple functions at any level in an organization. She has created innovative recruitment strategies that support the ever-evolving needs of the core business of her clients, and acts as a trusted consultant to help them achieve their goals. Jennifer is a “hands-on, roll up her sleeves and get it done” leader, with a strong team mentality.

Prior to founding HireEffect, a recruitment consulting and talent acquisition firm built on integrity and professionalism, Jennifer was the Manager of Recruitment for the largest home heating oil service and delivery Company in the US. She designed and managed a strategic sourcing and recruitment process for 38 locations in 9 states, and worked in conjunction with the Vice President of Human Resources and C-suite executives to align all recruitment and retention efforts with the process improvement initiatives the Company was undertaking.

Preceding that role, she was the Division Manager for a niche staffing firm, and opened their first CT location.
