Laura Shebay

Laura had a 7.5 year career in the staffing industry that includes all aspects of client and candidate development. She has significant experience building long-term relationships and managing large scale staffing projects nationwide with mid-size organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies.

She came to Bullhorn from HT Staffing, a full service staffing and placement firm, where she had national responsibility for all sales. Her experience includes management over onsite accounts and branch activities while holding the sole sales and marketing role. Laura joined Bullhorn where she holds a mid market account executive role which focuses on mid size staffing and recruiting firms.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She is an active State and local board member of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC) and is involved in the California Staffing Professionals. She also receives yearly recognition from her volunteer work in Texas and looking forward to sharing her time with organizations in California.
