Jubilant Organosys is a leading life sciences organization. In North America, Jubilant has acquired four diverse and rapidly growing pharmaceutical businesses Hollister-Stier, Draxis, Clinsys and Cadista comprising 1800+ employees, multiple unions, 300+MM in revenue and spread across 6 states/provinces in NA. I lead HR & Safety for all the NA businesses and report to the four CEOs.

Griffith is a global food ingredient research and manufacturing company headquartered in Chicago. Responsible for designing and implementing human resources strategy, policies, and processes to support business goals in a matrix organization. Led a team of 5 HR and Safety direct reports across seven North American locations and four businesses Griffith, Innova, Custom Culinary - with 1200+ employees and 400MM in revenue. Reported to the Group President USA, three GMs and President Canada.
Led North American cultural transformation to respond to customer and business demands:
o Designed and implemented Talent Management framework to attract and retain high performing talent. Redesigned hiring practice and tools, set up new on-boarding process, developed training curriculum, implemented executive team process to review performance and high potentials, designed succession planning, cross training, development tools such as 360 feedback and retention mechanisms.
o Developed and implemented training strategy to improve sales, customer service, leadership, team building, coaching, and 360 feedback skills. Designed and implemented class-room, manager led and web enabled delivery methods.
o Developed and implemented employee engagement strategy to improve employee relations and drive performance.

ACCENTURE BUSINESS SERVICES for UTILITIES
2001 to 2004, Director Business Integration (Human Resources), Canada and USA
Responsible for Human Resources strategy and implementation to ensure successful integration of acquired outsourced businesses and employees in North America. Led a team of 8 professionals.
Successfully integrated three IT, Call Centre, and Credit/Collection outsourcing acquisitions involving 3500+ employees and multiple stakeholders including unions. Completed due diligence process for 10+ deals. Complete process involved:
o Planning stage due diligence of assets/liabilities, stakeholder negotiations, project planning and budgeting, developing an integration and change management approach for each unique acquisition.
o Implementation stage - implementing project plan, resourcing the project team, HRIS and payroll transition, Consolidation of benefits, pension and compensation programs, staffing solutions for retention and hiring, training on new tools, change management and communication to ensure high voluntary acceptance and engagement.
o Handover - implementing, on-boarding an integrated and engaged voluntary workforce with 100% roles filled performing seamlessly for external customers using new processes and IT platforms.
Led design, implementation and ongoing administration of HRIS (PeopleSoft), Payroll, and Compensation, Benefits and Pension.
1999 to 2001, Manager Human Resources & Total Compensation, Canada
Responsible for HR support to Group President of Enbridge Inc. for 3500+ employees during restructuring and divestiture. Led a team of 4 professionals. Moved to Accenture Business Services upon sale of business.
Developed and delivered change management, communication, and restructuring to support back office outsourcing partnership set up, and divestiture of a business involving closure of locations.
Designed and set up high performance based reward system tying personal and business objectives to merit and incentive pay.
Introduced flex benefits for active employees, retiree benefits restructuring and transitioned from Defined benefit to Defined Contribution pension plan. Saved over $1 Million p.a.

Integrated Amex Finance BPO (FRC Asia), Bank and Card businesses compensation structures within matrix organization in ASEAN and South Asia.
Led compensation restructuring change in all Amex Finance BPO (FRC Asia), Bank and Card businesses. Converted to competency based job evaluation from Hay and from grade based ranges to job based market pricing and broad-banding.
Managed job evaluation and annual compensation cycle of base pay, sales incentive and long term performance incentive program for Amex Finance BPO (FRC Asia), Bank and Card businesses in ASEAN and South Asia.
