Scott helped found PharmaLogics Recruiting and leads the contingency and retained recruiting practice for the firm. His personal specialty is placing candidates in the Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Compliance areas. Prior to joining PharmaLogics, he established and managed the Information Technology recruiting practice at Lynx, Inc. Scott is a registered career partner with The Society of Quality Assurance and serves on their Membership Retention and Development Committee. He speaks often at industry conferences covering topics such as effective networking, career development and hiring/retention strategies.

Born and raised in Connecticut, Scott moved to Massachusetts to attend Boston College where he attained a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Sociology.
