Roles & Responsibilities:
• Acting as Executive Search Professional & gained vast experience to work in a challenging environment .
• Have been working on Middle Level & Senior Level positions for Oil & Gas, Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, Energy, Fashion & Beauty and Event Management industry.
• Handing the recruitment process & coordinating with the clients’ to ensure the timing closure.
• Sourcing, screening & evaluating internally and externally the candidates to ensure the best quality & to help them in CV writing & grooming, Salaries negotiations.
• Ensuring the profiles to be sent on time against the open positions, interview coordination, and follow up for feedback.
• References check, presented verbal offers to selected candidates and complete necessary paperwork after finalizing.
• Active use of recruitment tools: like – hire system and Different Sites like www.monstergulf.com , www.naukrigulf.com and two other company sites.
• Maintaining the complete and updated database of the Candidates & Clients.
• Recruiting the right person for the right job at the right time at optimal cost to the company through the right media.
• Short-listing of the candidates according to the JD (job description) and job specification given by the client company/employer.
• Support Human Resource Manager with weekly update on recruitment progress.
• Screening application forms and short listing applicants & person specifications.
• Conducting reference checks on potential candidates.
