9. Recruited over 2500 employees: Identified and recruited over 2500 employees at various levels / different domains. This has brought me opportunities to work on recruitment specific processes/systems like recruitment manual, selection skills training and online recruitment system.
10. Performance Management System: Designed and executed the Performance Appraisal process which ensured continuous evaluation. System was designed to assess the progressive performance of the employee through monthly rating. Consolidated Monthly Ratings were evaluated to arrive at the annual performance.
11. Continuous TNA: Monthly rating metrics used as input for developing the Quarterly Training Calendar (QTC).
12. Team Competence Development: Designed and executed Team/Employee Competence development, through Skill matrix
13. Retention Strategy: Employee counseling and grievance redress tool was utilized as major retaining strategy.
14. Employee bonding activities: Internal Forums and Clubs were introduced to drive Fun at work activities. This helped our organisation being listed among the best in Global employee engagement survey 2008.
15. Employee Relations: Successfully finalized 18(1) settlement with employees at Krishna Fabs.
