11. Continuous TNA: Monthly rating metrics used as input for developing the Quarterly Training Calendar (QTC).
12. Team Competence Development: Designed and executed Team/Employee Competence development, through Skill matrix
13. Retention Strategy: Employee counseling and grievance redress tool was utilized as major retaining strategy.
14. Employee bonding activities: Internal Forums and Clubs were introduced to drive Fun at work activities. This helped our organisation being listed among the best in Global employee engagement survey 2008.
15. Employee Relations: Successfully finalized 18(1) settlement with employees at Krishna Fabs.
